Dipropylene glycol dibenzoate (DPGDB) is a high solubility benzoate plasticizer, mainly composed of dipropylene glycol dibenzoate. Due to its low toxicity, environmental protection, low gelation temperature, high plasticization efficiency, large filling amount, good cold resistance, and pollution resistance, it is a type of plasticizer. As an alternative product to ortho benzene plasticizers recommended by the European Union, it is widely used as an environmentally friendly plasticizer in water-based adhesives (white latex, wood glue, panel glue, paper packaging glue, laminating glue, tobacco glue, etc.), polysulfide sealant, polyvinyl chloride synthetic plastics, polyurethane sealant, gap filler, PVC products (toys, elastic flooring, gloves, PVC impregnated products, Tesla, water hoses, artificial leather and synthetic rubber, etc.), polyurethane elastomers/rollers, coatings, inks, pesticides, fluorescent materials, etc., and reflects its superior performance and plasticizing effect.
*This product can be used as a plasticizer for resins such as polyvinyl chloride, polyvinyl acetate, and polyurethane. It has strong solvent action, good compatibility, low volatility, and excellent durability, oil resistance, and pollution resistance. It is commonly used in high filling polyvinyl chloride flooring and extruded plastics to improve processing performance, reduce processing temperature, and shorten processing cycles. This product has good transparency and surface gloss when used for unfilled films, sheets, and pipes. |
